The Zoom platform is easy to use and 100% free for you.

It allows you to connect directly with your coach in a live 1 on 1 video conference format. The high audio-visual quality makes you feel as if you are in the same room with the other participant.

You can connect from your own location using a PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android or other device that has video and audio capability.

How does a Zoom meeting work?

IT'S EASY! JUST FOLLOW THESE 2 STEPS:

Open your Careers by Design appointment confirmation email. In that email, you will see a special zoom meeting link. Each meeting has its own unique link.
At the time of your meeting, all you have to do is simply click on the link in the email. Your browser will open and start up the video session.

If this is the first time using Zoom you will be requested to download Zoom (it only takes seconds). A pop-up will prompt you to then click to confirm your choice of device speakers.
